Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned with all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories (if applicable)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
Returns requested after the 30-day return period may not be accepted.
Return Method
All returns must be processed by mail. At this time, we do not offer in-store returns for online purchases.
Return Shipping
For eligible returns that meet our return requirements, return instructions will be provided by our customer support team.
To return an item:
- Carefully repack the product in its original packaging.
- Contact our support team to receive return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our support team.
- Retain the shipping receipt and tracking information until your return has been processed.

Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns that meet our return requirements.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your mattress or product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To report a damaged item:
- Take clear photographs showing the damage or defect
- Include your order number and purchase details

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery or without sufficient documentation may not qualify for a refund, replacement, or store credit.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout
- Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may apply before the refund appears in your account
