Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 0–2 business days (Monday through Friday).
Orders placed after our daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM (CST) will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Issues or Delays
If your shipment experiences a significant delay, or if tracking indicates that the package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
- Take clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging
- Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery
- Email the photographs along with your order number to support@boxdropharlingen.com
Claims submitted without photographic evidence or after the 7-day reporting period may not qualify for a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Incorrect Shipping Address

RGV Mattress Outlet is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Address changes can only be made before an order has been processed and shipped.
